New Year’s Eve Gala

Ring in 2018 at the premiere of Sir David McVicar’s new production of Puccini’s Tosca, starring Sonya Yoncheva in the title role, Vittorio Grigolo as Cavaradossi, and Bryn Terfel as Scarpia. Music Director Emeritus James Levine conducts. Dinner, dancing, and fireworks follow the performance on the Mercedes T. Bass Grand Tier.

Mozart’s sparkling comedy returns in a vivid new production by Phelim McDermott, conducted by David Robertson. The superb ensemble features Amanda Majeski, Serena Malfi, Kelli O’Hara, Ben Bliss, Adam Plachetka, and Christopher Maltman. Joyce DiDonato stars in the title role of Massenet’s delightful Cinderella story, seen in a charming new production by Laurent Pelly, with Alice Coote as her Prince Charming. Bertrand de Billy conducts. In addition to the performance, join us for cocktails and dinner on the Mercedes T. Bass Grand Tier.

Cendrillon is produced in association with the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London; Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona; Théâtre Royal de La Monnaie, Brussels; and Opéra de Lille. This production was first performed at The Santa Fe Opera
