Summer Recital Series

The Met’s popular concert series in New York City parks in all five boroughs kicks off on Monday, June 12, at SummerStage in Central Park, with an evening of arias and duets from a variety of operas. The first two recitals feature soprano Susanna Phillips—a Met favorite who recently appeared in the exciting new production of L’Amour de Loin—alongside enchanting mezzo-soprano Elizabeth DeShong and exciting tenor Petr Nekoranec. The four subsequent recitals showcase three rising young artists—soprano So Young Park, tenor Petr Nekoranec, and baritone Hyung Yun. Dan Saunders will be at the piano to accompany each performance.

Recitals are free.
